MCD-311 is an open source mobile application that enables citizens of Delhi to directly connect with their community leaders in government, for the purpose of resolving issues in their neighborhood.
It allows citizens to submit request for services, report non-emergency issues such as a broken water pipe, electrical wires. It also helps one track the response and engage in public dialogue through issue resolution.
It is an Open Source application that follows Open 311 protocols and APIs.
You can submit a request with a photo and GPS location attached. The authorities will receive the request. They will fix the issue. You will get notified when the request is completed.
